We are SO EXCITED for these sessions this year!  All of our limited edition sessions will be on location, in natural and creative settings and will make for some amazing and timeless portraits of your little sweeties! This year we are have several promotions that will be taking place throughout the entire year.

WOWIE! Happy Halloween to all of our scary little monsters that came for trick or treat Friday!   This year we hosted a blood drive with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center. We were able to collect over 12 units of blood, which is equivalent to saving 36 lives!!! Talk about a TREAT! We are so excited and we had a wonderful time sharing amazing cookies and playing with our sweet goblins!  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all of our wonderful clients who made this magic happen!  HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone! 

Give Us Your Blood - Halloween Mini-Sessions

This year we are teaming up with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center in hopes of collecting 14 units of blood to donate from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.  We need at least 21 donars to make this happen. 

 

Friday, October 28th from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

 

 

Bring your ghosts, princesses, cowboys, farm animals and action figures!  We want to photograph them all!

Mini-Sessions are designed to be an all-inclusive, quick and easy way to get that perfect shot of your little one for Halloween.

Appointments will be made every fifteen minutes, but walk-ins are welcome!  Reserve your spot today!

After 9 months of anticipation around the studio, we finally got to meet sweet baby Adeline Jean! Baby girl to our very own and beloved Jaime and Joe Ballard!  After 34 hours of labor, her mommy and daddy could not have been more excited to meet their baby girl for the first time.  The first moment I saw her, I fell in love too!  She is so precious and what a little cuddler she is! 

Weighing in at 6 lbs. 7 ounces, 20 inches long, and a tuft of strawberry blonde hair, Adeline surprised us all after not knowing if she would be be a boy or girl, and how exciting it was to finally find out!  Adeline made herself known to the world shortly before 7am Saturday morning and we couldn't be more excited! 

I cannot wait to spend a few hours loving and cuddling on her during her newborn shoot!  Stay tuned :)

Ooh, these sweet little girls are so precious!  We had so much fun dressing them up in tutus and fairy wings, and playing with them as they climbed beautiful trees and ran through the dewey grass in Crapo Park.  All the girls loved dressing up and exploring and it made my entire day watching them on their adventures!  I think this may be one of my favorite sessions so far!  Take a peek at our precious little fairies!

Argh! Our little pirates were just absolutely precious!  What a fun day we had counting and throwing gold coins, reading treasure maps and being just plain honery!  Have I mentioned how much I LOVE spending my days with little ones!  They truly do keep the imagination fresh and creative and they just make my day everyday!  Take a peek at some of our spooky lads!

Oh, how much fun we had fishin in the sun!  The kids were all absolutely wonderful and so excited to go fishing!  We had several dozen minnows and earthworms and it was oohey, gooey, and great!  I absolutely adore our little ones and I can't tell you how much fun it is to do these extra special fun sessions!  We took the kiddos out to Lake Geode and it was the perfect setting for fishing!

We had SO MUCH FUN with playing with puppies all day!!!  It was so cute, and they truly have personalities all their own and its fun to capture those moments.  We partnered with the Des Moines County Humane Society and dog lovers from all over donated much needed items in lieu of a session.  We were able to donate several warm blankets, toys and over 200 pounds of dog food! Thank you to each and every one of you for making this day so special and for letting us play with your puppies!

WOWIE! What a fun day we had playing barefoot in the vineyard!  The kids LOVED it, looking at everything as if they were in some magical place, which I do believe we were!  The McCabe family was loving and gracious enough to let us play in their beloved Lindon Winery and it was amazing! 

We brought along fun furniture, hats and headbands and just played all day long!  This is my kind of day, that's for sure!  We had little ones from 6 months on up to 5 years, so we definitely go out workouts in if you can imagine!

Our Fishtails Limited Edition Session is scheduled for Friday, July 29.  We will be photographing this session at Lake Geode (directions to come).  

 

 

Break open your tackle box and get your fish bait ready!  Let's see what we can catch!  Don't forget your worms!
